POWER ELECTRONICS AND RENEWABLE ENERGY RESEARCH LABORATORY

The research at the Power Electronics and Renewable Energy Research Laboratory (PEARL) is mainly focused on investigation, modeling, simulation, design, and development of the Power Electronics and Motor Drives Interfaces and their control for a wide range of applications including wind energy conversion systems, solar energy conversion systems (such as grid-integration of renewable energy sources and MPPT under partial shading), transportation electrification systems, and hybrid energy systems.
